Soft-tissue aesthetic considerations on single
implant
Maxillary anterior single
implant supported restoration create high aesthetic demand
for the patient.
The aim of this presentation is to provide the scientific
background for the selection and placement of single implants
in the anterior maxilla. Different methodologies are used
to reconstruct the lost tissues so that the result of the
treatment with
implant-supported prostheses is esthetically in harmony
with the natural teeth.
The use of provisional restorations helping to confirm esthetics,
soft tissue contours and accessibility for oral
hygiene will be also discussed.
