Understanding digital photography and immediate image treatment.

"The question is not: when do we start with digital photography? The question is: when do we stop with analog photography?" Immediate delivery, easy control and easy communication are some of the advantages digital photography has to offer. The lecture will start with an introduction to the world of digital photography, answering questions like: What should I do with my slides? What resolution do I need ? What is a color space? What file formats do we need?
The second part will focus on the "digital darkroom" and give you some tips and tricks how to work with your digital images. How you can make digital copies of your old x-ray images. Some information on how to present your images with Powerpoint will complete the lecture.
