Dear colleagues,

We were extremely pleased to have you with us for the March 7-8, 2003, seventh edition of CIDE, in the heart of Paris. The success of that meeting eloquently bears witness to the wish of the practitioners and the dental industry groups to intensify their collaboration so as to constantly improve the quality of dental care and treatments.

Our congress has been a privileged exchange forum, upheld by the best international lecturers coming from the various sectors of the profession: highly regarded clinicians, technicians, and researchers, selected according to their generally acknowledged qualifications and expertise.

We wish to thank the members of the organizing committee who have done volunteer work while pursuing their habitual activities. Their fidelity and efforts have greatly contributed to the success of our enterprise.
